Ward was the very first daughter born in MonroeLouisiana, on the 15th of April 1976. Monroe Christian School is a Christian-only private school for children of all ages. As a student in secondary school, Ward began at Ouachita High School, but then transferred onto River Oaks High School during the summer following her Junior year. After graduating she briefly attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward left school at the age of 13 and moved into New York so that she could begin modeling. She had the idea to attempt acting a few years later. Her first role was an uncredited part in 1970's soap opera All My Children, and she was later cast in a teen drama on NBC Prime Time Malibu Shores. In late 1996Ward was offered a part in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the virginal Meg Cummings. The year 1999 saw her career in film began when she starred as Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the erotic-thriller The In Crowd. It was a theatrical unsuccessful, however it enjoyed some success in cable and on DVD. Ward later played a pivotal supporting role in Shallow Hal, a hit film. Her other acting credits include numerous direct-to-DVD films and appearances in television series, such as Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In her personal life she was married to producer David C. Robinson and she had a son called Cameron and David.
