Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer songwriter musician and actress. Corr along her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, made their debut with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is part of The Corrs. She is known best as The lead singer in the Celtic-folk/pop rock band The Corrs. Andrea is the singer-lead in the band, and is a musician on several instruments. Andrea, who began her career as an actor in the year 1991, later developed as a musical talent and stage artist. Andrea was voiced by the character of The Quest for Camelot, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon film which was released in 1998. Andrea is an extremely multifaceted artist. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums and two live albums as well as one mix. She was also honoured for her work in charity. Andrea is married and has two children with her stockbroker. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the Tin flute. Gerry was her instructor when she began to learn the piano. Andrea also is a ukulele player. Her teenage years were spent perfecting her musical abilities. She sang along with her sisters, and eventually became the leader of the band after a lot of practice. Andrea was a student of Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in many school productions.
